A number with no movement usually means the parcel is in transit but hasn't reached its first sorting hub. Normal for the first 48 hours, longer when it's busy.

Arrived warm or cold?
Liquid drops can look cloudy or separated after extremes in transit. Let the bottle sit at room temperature and shake well. If the seal is broken, don't use it — email us.

Stuck or stalled?
If tracking shows no movement for 20 business days after dispatch, contact us. We'll open a carrier enquiry, then reship or refund in full.
