6. SAFE USE AND STORAGE

We reserve the right to change prices, change or discontinue the product, and
limit order quantities at any time without notice. If a pricing or description
error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it
in full.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING ORDERS

Where a subscription or recurring delivery is offered, the billing frequency,
the amount and the renewal date are shown clearly before you confirm the
order. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal from your account
area or by emailing support@clickcraftventures.net. Cancelling stops future
charges; it does not refund orders already dispatched, which are covered by
our Refund Policy.

12. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including
where payment is not authorised, where we cannot lawfully ship to your
destination, where we suspect fraud, or where an order appears to be placed
for resale.

13. SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, each
of which forms part of these terms.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures and is
protected by applicable intellectual property law.

15. CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you send us a review, you grant us permission to display it with
attribution to the first name or initials you provide. We do not publish
reviews that describe the treatment of a disease, and we may decline or edit
submissions that make medical claims.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This site uses third-party services for payment processing, fulfilment,
shipment tracking, subscriptions, reviews and analytics. We are not
responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

lawfully be excluded, nor any liability for death or personal injury caused by
our negligence.

18. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify ClickCraft Ventures against any claim arising from use
of the product contrary to the label and the warnings provided, from use by
any person you supply it to, or from your breach of these terms.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickCraft
Ventures is established. We may update these terms by posting a revised
version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to
that order.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder
continues in full force.
